<p>One trend I find revealing &#105;&#115; &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#97;&#115; Facebook &#109;&#97;&#107;&#101;&#115; &#116;&#104;&#101; information &#105;&#116; gathers &#102;&#114;&#111;&#109; users more public &#98;&#121; default (users still retain &#116;&#104;&#101; option &#116;&#111; &#109;&#97;&#107;&#101; &#105;&#116; private), more &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#101;&#109; &#97;&#114;&#101; reacting &#98;&#121; seeking out guidance &#111;&#110; deleting &#116;&#104;&#101;&#105;&#114; accounts, &#97;&#115; evidenced &#98;&#121; &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; Google Trends search &#102;&#111;&#114; &quot;delete &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; facebook.&quot;&nbsp; &#73;&#110; &#97;&#110; e-newsletter&nbsp;I received today &#102;&#114;&#111;&#109; WebProNews, one industry expert &#116;&#104;&#111;&#117;&#103;&#104;&#116; &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; wouldn&#8217;t &#109;&#97;&#107;&#101; much &#111;&#102; a dent &#105;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; size &#111;&#102; Facebook&#8217;s user base.&nbsp; Still, &#105;&#116; &#99;&#111;&#117;&#108;&#100; turn away folks &#119;&#104;&#111; &#119;&#111;&#117;&#108;&#100; otherwise &#98;&#101; around &#97;&#115; a target audience &#102;&#111;&#114; Facebook&#8217;s increased efforts around ad sales &#97;&#110;&#100; &#111;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114;, user-based sources &#111;&#102; revenue.</p>
<p>Yesterday &#116;&#104;&#101; company held &#97;&#110; unprecedented &#97;&#108;&#108;-hands meeting &#116;&#111; discuss &#116;&#104;&#101; controversy over &#105;&#116;&#115; recent privacy changes.&nbsp; I hope &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; Winning Workplaces-approved employee engagement practices factor &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115; &#97;&#110;&#100; &#97;&#110;&#121; future meetings &#111;&#110; &#116;&#104;&#101; subject, &#102;&#111;&#114; &#116;&#104;&#101; &#103;&#111;&#111;&#100; &#111;&#102; both Facebook &#97;&#110;&#100; &#105;&#116;&#115; employees, &#97;&#110;&#100; &#116;&#104;&#101; millions &#111;&#102; users &#111;&#102; &#116;&#104;&#101; platform.</p>
