Unfortunately for some of us, we are aware that we could be doing so much better, that our potential is far more than we are currently seeing. There are varying factors that contribute to this debilitating belief, largely a lack in confidence. Therapy is one thing we can do to try and improve these personal beliefs. Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a therapy model that focuses on improving communication and confidence skills. By addressing our thought processes and negative behavioural habits it can give us the skills to counteract these thoughts that restrict us so.
