<p><i>&#65;&#110;&#115;&#119;&#101;&#114; &#98;&#121; marisalwood</i><br/>I work &#102;&#111;&#114; a nonprofit organization &#116;&#104;&#97;&#116; &#104;&#97;&#115; frequent one- &#111;&#114; two-day &#105;&#110;-service trainings.  &#79;&#117;&#114; &#109;&#111;&#115;&#116; recent one &#119;&#97;&#115; a team-building exercise&#8230;&#97;&#116; a bowling alley.  &#87;&#101; split up &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; teams &#111;&#102; 4-5 people &#97;&#110;&#100; spent two hours bowling.  </p>
<p>I &#104;&#97;&#100; a &#103;&#114;&#101;&#97;&#116; time even though I&#8217;m a lousy bowler.  &#77;&#121; teammates &#119;&#101;&#114;&#101; very supportive &#97;&#110;&#100; encouraging &#111;&#102; &#109;&#101;.  I&#8217;m sure &#116;&#104;&#101; rapport I built &#119;&#105;&#116;&#104; &#111;&#116;&#104;&#101;&#114; members &#111;&#102; &#109;&#121; team &#119;&#105;&#108;&#108; carry over &#105;&#110;&#116;&#111; &#111;&#117;&#114; working relationships.
