TOP of the league Saints took to the ropes recently as part of a team-building exercise and extreme physical work out. The St Helens team visited Aerial Extreme adventure ropes course at Knowsley Safari Park and spent two hours tackling the courses many obstacles from zip wires to cargo nets.
